"Villa Modex" located in Paracin, in Tome Živanovića bb street, near the bus station (200m from the town centre). The facilities were built 1999. year, when its started to work. In the beginning we let just one apartment and three rooms. Today ''Villa Modex" is provided with modern equipement, and it consist of 3 apartments and 7 rooms, total capacity of 19 beds.

Excelent service, modern enterieur, kind staff will make you feel comfortable in the atmosphere of real familiar inn. The whole building is airconditioned, so the stay is very pleasant, as in the apartments as in the lobby, bar too.

"Villa Modex" is provided with high category apartments and rooms, classified by colour of enterieur. The apartments are available in brown, green and teracota colour, as well as the room in red, orange, yellow, blue, white and cream colour, equipped to satisfy the highest world standards.

All room and apartments is supplied with direct phone line and free Internet connection, mini bar, central floor heating, aircondition, cable TV. In the basement there is a bar with various alcohol and refreshement beverages, and 24- hour parking place is available.
